Import tool (Employees and Clients).
Here you'll learn how to use the import tool.
Now you can easily import Employees and Clients from Excel/Google Spreadsheets.
Copy and paste your data into Pipehire, and we will do the rest for you.
Please go to the Employees/Clients Module and select the "Import Employees/+Add New Employee" button.
Import Employees
1. Map columns in your file to Pipehire columns(as shown below).
2. Copy the data from excel and paste it inside Pipehire import interface.
3. Select the form you'd like to associate with previously pasted data.
4. Click the button "Let's go, import my employees.
+Add New Employee
The process of adding a single employee is straightforward.
Click on the +Add New Employee button to select the form to which the employee should be added.
Fill in the information the system requires; when ready, click the "save all changes" button.
Your employee has been successfully created in the system.
Clients
Map columns in your file to Pipehire columns(as shown below).
Copy the data from excel and paste it inside Pipehire import interface.
Click the button "Let's go, import my employees.
