How to export employee complaints.

That's why we recommend tracking the complaint generated by each one of your employees.

Doing so can provide valuable insights into how well your staff is performing and any areas where you can improve your customer service.

To start tracking complaint go to the left menu and select the Complaints Module:

Then hit the Export Complaints button:

Save the CSV file created by Pipehire. Then, open the file using Microsoft Excel, Numbers, or Google Spreadsheets.

As soon as you open the file, you will see the following information.
