How Funnel Module works.
Learn the basics of the funnel module.
Funnel Module is based on the forms you've previously created.
Forms are the basic structure of your Funnel Module.
Let's say you created a form called "Full Time Cleaning Technician"; first, you need to find your form inside Funnel Module.
Please go to the dropdown located on the top left and select a job offer.
If your job offer has been previously shared(Indeed, Facebook, etc.), embed(inside your website), or post(job sites), applicants, would be shown inside the form when selected.
With applicants ready to be placed in the funnel, the next step is to move them between columns(Stages).
Please select the "Dots" icon and start moving them at your discretion.
Applicants can be moved to any column inside the Funnel; it all depends on your criteria and company strategy.
There are two essential stages you have to be aware of.
First, "To be interviewed" stage and "Active working" stage.
These two stages are fundamental for the selection and previous activation(active working-employee) of the applicant.
Let's keep moving down the funnel to explain the Perfect Score and the Score Color.
The Perfect Score is given to each one of the Job Offers and depends on how you have set up your question score.
The perfect score can vary depending on the score assigned to each question. It is the highest score an applicant can obtain within the selected job offer.
Score will be reflected on every applicant who enters the funnel., and it’s Color-coded to see the best Applicants quickly visually.
Job offers with many applicants can be difficult to filter. This is an easy way to focus your efforts on those applicants who are the best.
When you see applicants in your funnel, you will see three colors:
A player: The green color means the applicant has obtained 80% to 100% of the possible points in the application form. Also, based on our experience, we considered that A players should provide two+ work references from past jobs.
B Player: The yellow color means these applicants have obtained between 50% to 79% of the possible points of the application form. We refer to them as 'B-Players', proceed with caution with these applicants since they don't meet all the position requirements; if you like someone, call and ask more questions to see if they turn to a green color.
C Player: The red color means the applicant has obtained less than 50% of the possible points of the application form. We refer to them as 'C-Players'; you should NOT proceed since they are incomplete applications and don't have the bare minimum requirements of the position. You can archive these applicants.
We have added a series of filters to make the selection process even faster; you can now filter applicants using the following filters.
Remember that you can make use of multiple filters at the same time.
Now you can visualize the list of applicants sorted by:
- Most recent and with the best score.
- Most Recent.
- Highest Rated.
You can now apply the following filters to the list of candidates:
- Filter applicants by Zip.
- Filter applicants who are older than a certain age.
- Filter applicants who are younger than a certain age.
- Filter applicants that are A-Player.
- Filter out applicants who are B-Player.
- Filter applicants who are C-Players.
We have added the "More" button, here you'll find additional options to help you find the most recent applicants, archived applicants and you can customize the funnel statuses.
