Cancelation Of Account

To cancel your account, please follow these simple steps:

Go to your top right.

Click over my "account" option.

Select the "manage my subscription" option. Pipehire will redirect you to the Stripe portal.

Please head up to the "cancel plan" button if you wish to cancel the account. Then, click over the button; Stripe will prompt a modal window asking for cancelation reasons.

Please select cancelation reason and click submit.

Your account has been canceled.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users are responsible for managing their own subscriptions directly within their account dashboard. To cancel a subscription, users must log in to their account and complete the cancellation process using the self-service tools provided.

Submitting a cancellation request through customer support (including email, chat, or other communication channels) does not constitute a valid cancellation request and does not guarantee that the subscription will be canceled.

Because this is a self-service platform where users have full control over their subscription, failure to cancel prior to the next billing cycle does not qualify for a refund. By using the service, users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for managing and canceling their subscription in a timely manner.

Refunds will not be issued for unused time, partial billing periods, or failure to properly cancel through the account dashboard.
